According to The Verge, Netflix, Amazon, and Apple are reportedly interested in acquiring Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD). The potential deal could involve either the entire conglomerate or specific divisions, such as its content libraries and production assets.
In addition to these three, Paramount and Comcast have also shown interest. WBD is said to be setting up confidentiality agreements with prospective buyers before sharing detailed financial information.
The company controls popular brands like HBO, CNN, and DC Studios, which could be part of future negotiations if a sale proceeds.
