Fujitsu will globally launch its MONAKA processor in November, designed specifically for AI data centers. The chip reaches a maximum frequency of 3.8 GHz and delivers twice the performance of other CPUs in inference tasks while cutting energy consumption in half.
This represents a significant step forward for AI infrastructure efficiency. By combining higher computational power with lower energy requirements, MONAKA addresses two critical challenges in data center operations: cost and sustainability.
