Uber software engineers have developed an internal chatbot called Dara AI to simulate conversations with the company’s CEO, Dara Khosrowshahi.
According to the executive, the initiative came directly from the engineering team. Employees use the tool to present projects and pitch ideas to a virtual version of the CEO before meeting him in person. The AI is designed to mimic Khosrowshahi’s typical reactions and questioning style.
By interacting with Dara AI, staff can:
- Refine their presentation slides.
- Strengthen their business arguments.
- Anticipate potential executive feedback.
This internal tool serves as a rehearsal space, helping teams better prepare for high-stakes meetings and improve the quality of internal proposals.
