Twitch is planning to train AI models using content from its creators, citing the value of thousands of hours of audio and video. The company will enable this feature by default, sparking backlash from users concerned about how their work is being used.
If you want to prevent your streams and recordings from being used for AI training, you'll need to manually disable it. Head to your channel settings, navigate to the Security and Privacy tab, find the generative AI training option, and toggle it off. Without this step, your content will be included in Twitch's AI training datasets by default.
