Mistral has announced the third generation of its AI models, introducing three smaller systems: Ministral (3B, 8B, and 14B). These models are designed to:
- Understand images
- Engage in multi-language conversations
- Reduce token usage for generating responses without quality loss, cutting costs for developers.
In addition, Mistral has released Mistral Large 3, featuring 41 billion parameters, making it the most powerful model in this new lineup.
All models are now available on Mistral AI Studio and Hugging Face under the Apache 2.0 license, allowing for commercial use and modification.
