163% growth in AI usage between 2022 and 2024:- 42% of companies now use AI (up from just 16.9% in 2022)
- Larger companies (500+ employees) lead in AI implementation
- Top sectors using AI include:
- Administration (87.9% increase)
- Sales and Marketing (75.2% increase)
- Product and Service Development (73.1% increase)
Cloud Computing Dominates Digital Technologies
While AI shows impressive growth, it's not the top technology:
- Cloud Computing: 77% of companies (nearly universal)
- Internet of Things (IoT): ~50% of companies
- Artificial Intelligence: 42% of companies
