A startup has launched H3 Max, a post-trained version of MiniMax H3 that dramatically accelerates video generation. The model can produce 5-second videos in less than 3 seconds—roughly 15 times faster than comparable alternatives like Gemini Omni Flash, Veo 3.1, and Kling 3.
H3 Max boasts about 35 times more processing capacity than the original MiniMax H3, challenging the assumption that higher video quality requires slower inference. The company demonstrates that speed and quality in generative video don't have to be mutually exclusive. The model is now available through the fal Playground, fal Agent, and API.
